Well Allied Behavioral Health Consulting sends text messages related to case coordination and evaluation scheduling, including to family members or other collateral contacts identified during evaluations.

If your mobile number is provided to Well Allied as a collateral or family contact, we will send you a single message asking you to confirm your consent. By replying YES, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Lauren Kois or Well Allied staff related to case coordination and evaluation scheduling. If you do not reply YES, you will receive no further messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at laurenkois@wellallied.org.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
